- Act as the sole technical owner for Staging, Production, and COOP environments within an on-premise OT Hyper-V infrastructure - Oversee administration and maintenance of Windows-based web and application servers, including IIS, OPC, SSRS, and FCEE - Handle server provisioning, networking, and infrastructure requests while managing service accounts and system maintenance - Supervise application installation, configuration, and lifecycle management - Manage critical system interfaces, including FDS-AV, ELM log consumption, and edge device integrations - Act as primary technical owner for the Apache Cassandra platform across all environments, managing a large-scale distributed system - Implement Cassandra configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting through SSH on secured RHEL systems - Collaborate with SQL Server team for database updates and deployments, and with RHEL team for server provisioning - Partner with enterprise security teams to uphold compliance and operational integrity - Lead technical security compliance efforts, including STIG/SRG hardening and annual compliance refresh activities - Manage SSL certificate lifecycles and address vulnerability remediation - Serve as a technical gatekeeper for environment changes, collaborating with PMO for change management processes - Provide status updates, risk assessments, and technical guidance to enterprise operations and PMO - Coordinate across various enterprise teams to ensure successful implementation and validation of solutions
