Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. You should have at least 5 years of experience in implementing or managing ICAM, IAM, or enterprise security solutions. A strong technical background with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, PKI, and Active Directory/LDAP is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with ICAM platforms, identity governance, and access control tools is a must. Familiarity with DoD/DLA/DISA security policies, FISCAM, RMF, and Zero Trust frameworks will be considered an advantage. Experience with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other secure authentication methods is required. You should have either CompTIA Security+ or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications, with Microsoft, AWS, or IAM certifications being favorable. An active DoD security clearance is also necessary, or the capability to obtain one.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be responsible for implementing secure access controls and user provisioning workflows that align with the DLA/DISA enterprise ICAM environment. I will integrate enterprise systems with DLA/DISA ICAM services using SAML, OAuth, or OIDC, ensuring compatibility with applications like Okta, SailPoint, or CyberArk. I will support the testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of ICAM-related technical issues. My responsibilities will also include applying DoD, DLA, DISA, FISCAM, and Zero Trust cybersecurity requirements to enterprise system configurations, as well as documenting system builds, configurations, and architectural changes to maintain accurate sustainment records. Collaboration with software architects, developers, and DBAs on solution design is essential, and I will work closely with testers on validation activities. I will monitor ICAM performance, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend enhancements. Additionally, I will support Agile delivery cycles through contributions to sprint planning, execution, and backlog refinement.
