Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in .NET MVC Core application development using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Proficient in application development using Visual Studio and established .NET/web design patterns
- Microsoft SQL Server development expertise (tables, views, stored procedures, functions)
- Experience with unit and smoke testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of writing JavaScript-based responsive HTML5 applications
- 5+ years of documenting technical requirements and application design
- Familiarity with the Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management principles (3 years)
- Experience in requirements analysis and authentication techniques (3 years)
- Knowledge of proactive and reactive application security practices (3 years)
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Telerik Kendo or similar UI frameworks (1-3 years)
- Familiarity with Bootstrap (3 years)
- Working with Entity Framework Core (3 years)
- Source control experience using Git (3 years)
- Awareness of TFS / Azure DevOps (3 years)
- 1+ year of full-stack development experience
Responsibilities
- Revise and modernize legacy web form applications into contemporary web applications
- Develop applications utilizing Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC (.NET Core), C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Telerik Kendo, and SQL Server
- Create full-stack solutions that integrate front-end UI and server-side logic
- Interface with existing systems, focusing on authentication and authorization services
- Leverage and integrate data from multiple databases and applications
- Collaborate closely with team members on design, development, and execution
- Conduct requirements analysis and technical design
- Create and maintain database objects including stored procedures, tables, views, and functions
- Perform unit and smoke testing
- Engage in interactive code reviews
- Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code
- Document technical requirements and application design
- Foster knowledge sharing and transparent communication within the team
