Senior UX/UI Designer

- Assume full ownership of the user experience, information architecture, and conversion optimization strategies - Design and implement ongoing improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and business objectives - Craft seamless user experiences for diverse audience segments including enterprise clients, technical evaluators, and talent acquisition teams - Establish and uphold design systems that effectively scale across all digital platforms - Develop landing pages that align with growth campaigns and vividly express our brand narrative - Utilize data-driven insights, A/B testing, and performance metrics to refine and enhance design solutions - Analyze customer behavior across various channels and touchpoints to identify enhancement opportunities - Manage the marketing site experience, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition, encourages conversions, and embodies our brand identity - Create and refine responsive, high-performing layouts for a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives - Collaborate with the executive team and branding leaders to strategize on positioning and its digital expression - Work in partnership with business development to create targeted landing pages and campaign microsites - Collaborate across departments with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure flawless implementation across all devices - Continuously review and enhance existing pages using insights derived from data, user feedback, and design best practices
