Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree or having graduated no earlier than December 2025.
- Proven experience in gathering, interpreting, and translating business requirements.
- Familiarity with analytical and programming languages, including Python, R, and SQL.
- Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods.
- Knowledge of statistical and modeling techniques such as hypothesis testing, dimensionality reduction, supervised learning, forecasting, and unsupervised clustering.
- Strong capacity for learning and applying new technologies related to Data Science and Data Management.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with version control platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a team setting.
- Innovative, adaptable, and self-driven.
- Results-focused with an emphasis on delivering quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and achieve project objectives.
- Transform business needs into actionable data strategies by developing ML and AI algorithms to forecast outcomes across various operational domains, including Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Utilize diverse sets of structured and unstructured data to extract invaluable insights for modeling purposes.
- Visualize data, interpret findings, and generate comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts to a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers and ML OPS to scale and implement ML and AI initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation according to established standards.
- Build and manage a comprehensive library of data science solutions, reusable templates, algorithms, and relevant code.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics.
