Security Architecture Manager

- Manage and mentor the InfoSec engineering team - Oversee the execution of roadmap projects and strategic initiatives - Track and report key performance indicators and maturity metrics - Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration across IT, OT, and business units - Assist in vendor selection, contract evaluations, and fiscal planning - Ensure alignment with enterprise risk management and compliance objectives - Adhere to CoServ safety protocols and operational guidelines, including reporting unsafe practices - Follow the CoServ Information Security policies, including reporting any suspected security incidents - Guide a team of security engineers and analysts in technical and professional development - Assign and prioritize tasks related to engineering initiatives to ensure timely project completion - Conduct regular performance assessments, establish goals, and deliver constructive feedback - Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for new team members - Ensure compliance with CoServs policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements - Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation - Address critical issues and resource limitations promptly, proposing solutions to leadership - Manage vendor relationships for security tools and services to align with team objectives - Develop and maintain succession plans for essential technical positions within the team - Participate in vendor assessments and contract reviews as necessary - Assist in the development of policies and standards - Support audit and compliance activities - Attend CoServ University training sessions as required - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
