Systems Architect

As an Architect (Computer Systems Engineer/Architect), I will be responsible for managing the design, development, and technical support of integrations for our IT and business teams by leveraging system architecture, cloud computing, SQL, and automation scripting. I will gather and analyze requirements, providing technical support for existing and new integrations, understanding business needs, and studying the application landscape. My role will include validating the technical feasibility of System Change Requests and architecting solutions to complex problems. I will optimize IT investments while ensuring compliance with industry standard practices for operational efficiency. I will develop technical solutions and ensure the optimal use of cloud resources. I will also collaborate on system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and conduct release validation testing to guarantee production stability, utilizing a CI/CD process for deploying and testing integrations. Additionally, I will manage incidents and documentation using ServiceNow for IT Service Management tasks, ensuring that I create and update documentation effectively.
