Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Salesforce
- At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud
- Current Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or B2B Solution Architect certification
- Additional certifications such as CPQ Specialist, CPQ Administrator, Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional, or Revenue Cloud Consultant are preferred
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions with at least three end-to-end implementations of Revenue Cloud/CPQ
- Skilled in executing data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce
- Proficient in building automation rules with Flows
- Experience in creating Apex classes, triggers, and utilizing APIs
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ with third-party applications is advantageous
- Experience in conducting training sessions for team members or clients is a plus
- Knowledge of Development, AngularJS, jQuery, and JavaScript is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail coupled with exceptional communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on significant Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects to tackle intricate business challenges
- Spearhead the development of solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Utilize knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems to deliver both declarative and custom solutions
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, and leadership to provide the most efficient and scalable solutions to intricate problems
- Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively on client projects
- Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for custom applications within Salesforce
- Lead the requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions
- Work with teams to create and review technical estimates for software development
- Establish technical standards for the development and integration of Salesforce solutions, focusing on UI/UX
- Conduct audits and security checks of client instances
- Design and develop automated solutions to enhance scalability and the quality of our deliverables
- Ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns
- Provide ongoing end-user support and assist clients with proactive best practices for Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Participate in client meetings to communicate status updates and offer best practice recommendations
- Continuously seek to enhance the process of delivering Salesforce solutions
- Undertake other duties as assigned
