Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, with at least 2 years of work involving Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Active Platform Developer I and JavaScript Developer I Certifications.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), DevOps, and Copado.
- Experience in creating Apex classes, Triggers, and utilizing APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce object model alongside SOQL and SOSL.
- Strong attention to detail along with excellent communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be currently residing in and legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Preferred: Experience with data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce, bilingual (English/French), MuleSoft, integration with third-party applications, Revenue Cloud, Industries Clouds, AngularJS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Salesforce AppExchange deployments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and improve Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and consultants to enforce best practices in Salesforce development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with Salesforce coding standards.
- Provide daily end-user support and guide clients on Salesforce best practices.
- Engage in client meetings to update on progress and offer best practice suggestions.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance the process of delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Undertake additional tasks as required.
