Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Salesforce Data Cloud with involvement in at least two implementations.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms or Master Data Management (MDM) platforms such as Salesforce Data Cloud, IBM InfoSphere, Segment, Amperity, or ActionIQ.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, data modeling, and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Preferable familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or core Salesforce products.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of extracting insights from complex customer data sets.
- Superior communication and collaboration abilities to connect technical and business concepts.
- Certifications in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar fields are preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud data models.
- Background in marketing campaign design and execution.
- Understanding of mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment or digital agency, showcasing creativity and ongoing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their requirements, emphasizing data-driven marketing and a unified customer profile, focusing specifically on Data Cloud.
- Prepare comprehensive solution design documentation to meet client specifications.
- Carry out in-depth evaluations of customer system architectures to discover optimization opportunities using Data Cloud.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies utilizing features of Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing and customer service initiatives.
- Simplify complex Digital Data and Customer Data Platform (CDP) subjects for individuals unfamiliar with these concepts, delineating benefits and possible drawbacks of various solutions.
