Requirements
Must:
- Over 2 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of email marketing principles and metrics
- Basic knowledge of data segmentation and analysis; SQL skills are a plus
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at a basic to intermediate level is a bonus
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- A strong desire to become proficient in data-driven marketing automation
- Must be currently residing in and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, customization, and upkeep of client Marketing Cloud instances
- Help design solutions to meet business requirements using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Optimize clients marketing automation strategies to enhance lead nurturing and drive revenue through email and mobile campaigns
- Assist in creating and establishing journeys such as welcome series, cart reminders, promotions, and reactivation campaigns
- Contribute to the documentation and training of clients marketing automation setups to ensure effective maintenance
- Develop and review dashboards and reports to analyze performance and identify areas for enhancement
- Monitor and ensure data quality within clients marketing databases
- Prepare, test, and launch campaigns using emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms
- Collaborate with clients and other internal team members
