Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of email marketing strategies and metrics
- Basic understanding of data segmentation and analysis (SQL knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with basic to intermediate HTML, CSS, and Javascript (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Enthusiasm for mastering data-driven marketing automation
- Must be residing in and legally authorized to work in Canada
- Bilingual fluency in French and English is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, setup, customization, and upkeep of clients Marketing Cloud instances
- Design solutions tailored to meet business requirements using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Enhance clients marketing automation strategies to improve lead nurturing and drive revenue through email and mobile initiatives
- Create and build customer journeys, including welcome series, promotional campaigns, and reactivation/retention efforts
- Generate documentation and training materials for clients marketing automation systems to ensure effective maintenance
- Develop and evaluate dashboards and reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee and maintain the data quality of clients marketing databases
- Prepare, test, and launch campaigns leveraging emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms
- Collaborate with clients and other internal team members
