Requirements
Must:
- 6+ years of experience delivering marketing technology solutions across diverse platforms
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms including CMS, DAM, CDP, MRM, MAPs, and Personalization Engines
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with additional marketing technology solutions
- Experience in constructing high-performing technical teams and supporting go-to-market strategies
- Documented history of business development, encompassing client relationships, RFP responses, and pitch presentations
- Strong background in computer science/engineering or information management is preferred
- Relevant industry experience in Consumer, Public Sector, and/or Financial Services
- Prior experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency, demonstrating ongoing responsibilities, creativity, and innovation
- Bilingual fluency in verbal and written French and English is a significant advantage
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor, architecting and enhancing the marketing technology infrastructure for clients
- Design and implement marketing technology solutions that deliver business value and enhance customer experiences
- Create architecture deliverables, including technical designs and solution architecture diagrams
- Utilize APIs and integration technologies to connect systems and enable seamless customer journeys
- Collaborate with clients to gain an understanding of their needs and modernize their marketing operations into data-driven organizations
- Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and frontline personnel
