Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience in delivering marketing technology solutions across diverse platforms
- In-depth knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as CMS, DAM, CDP, MRM, MAPs, and Personalization Engines
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with familiarity with various marketing technology platforms
- Proven experience in building exceptional technical teams and supporting go-to-market strategies
- Demonstrated success in business development, including fostering client relationships, responding to RFPs, and creating pitch decks
- Solid educational background in computer science/engineering or information management (preferred)
- Relevant experience in Consumer, Public Sector, and Financial Services industries
- Background in a consulting firm or digital agency, showcasing a history of responsibility, creativity, and innovation
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both verbal and written) is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor, architecting and optimizing clients marketing technology frameworks
- Collaborate with diverse teams to craft and implement solutions that enhance seamless customer engagement across channels
- Design and develop architecture deliverables, including technical designs and solution architecture diagrams
- Utilize APIs and integration technologies to connect systems and ensure smooth customer experiences
- Engage with clients to identify their needs and transform marketing operations into modern, data-driven entities
- Effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to audiences ranging from technical professionals to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and frontline staff.
