Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are essential
- Practical experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, and solution design
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM modules is preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules tailored to business needs
- Implement and sustain workflows utilizing Integration Hub and Flow Designer
- Execute platform configuration, customization, and improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development
- Mentor and support junior developers regarding platform capabilities and technical standards
Description
We are a dynamic team located in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to enhancing our business processes through innovative ServiceNow solutions. We offer a collaborative environment where your contributions have direct impact. This position may be hybrid, allowing for flexibility in your work arrangements. We are looking for a candidate that holds U.S. citizenship or a Green Card, for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
