Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Test Automation and QA methodologies
- Proficiency in Playwright automation with Java and JavaScript
- Experience in managing test and defect workflows using JIRA
- Familiarity with displaying QA metrics (dashboards, test coverage, defect trends)
- Knowledge of the Financial Services domain
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration (preferred)
- Previous experience with Discover Financial is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the test automation strategy
- Lead the development and refinement of test frameworks
- Mentor and guide both automation and manual QA teams
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize the coverage and effectiveness of automated tests
- Analyze test failures and ensure reliable test execution
- Automate existing manual test cases
- Execute functional and regression testing
- Manage and track defects throughout the testing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
