Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using IBM CP4BA Business Automation Workflow (BAW) (formerly IBM BPM)
- Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0, including Business Process Diagrams (BPD), Routing, Loops, and Gateways
- Experience in building user interfaces using Coaches and Coach Views with supporting technologies such as CSS and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with integration services, including REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and AJAX for external system integration
- Solid understanding of database concepts, data structures, and SQL syntax
- Experience deploying and managing applications in containerized environments, including Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Case Management and Decision Services within IBM CP4BA BAW environments
- Nice-to-have: Experience in BAW performance tuning and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Implement integration components using industry best practices and standards
- Streamline development and testing of automated process projects
- Apply knowledge of capability models, process models (BPMN), service models, and business object models to enhance project outcomes
- Build applications that integrate multiple systems by leveraging process workflow and orchestration knowledge
- Customize models and processes to meet project specifications
- Support the development, testing, and operational phases of projects
