Requirements
Must:
- Proficient troubleshooting and logical thinking skills
- Ability to adhere to company protocols
- Adaptability to new situations
- Technical Diploma or relevant experience in helpdesk/technical support
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Server 2016-2025, iOS, Android, and Office 365
- Capable of working under pressure in high call volume situations
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledgeable in wired and wireless networking
- Understanding of virtual networks
- Excellent phone manners and a friendly disposition
Responsibilities
- Log each issue with detailed documentation and notes
- Respond promptly and efficiently to calls, emails, and tickets
- Follow appropriate escalation procedures for issues
- Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems
- Generate reports as required
- Provide in-person assistance to customers when necessary
