Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in Framer (CMS, components, responsive design, animations)
- Strong sensibility for UI/UX design and visual aesthetics
- Knowledge of on-page SEO principles (meta tags, structured data, Google Search Console)
- Proficiency in conversion rate optimization and best practices for landing pages
- Familiarity with Information Architecture, and experience in copywriting and design systems
- Skilled in responsive web design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver under pressing deadlines
- Clear and proactive communication skills for effective remote collaboration
- Basic understanding of JavaScript or React for custom Framer components (preferred)
- Experience with Google Analytics or GA4 (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Framer for web design
- Proficiency in English (required)
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine clinic client websites in Framer utilizing our internal template system
- Implement the Framer CMS architecture, including practitioner pages, treatment pages, blog collections, and dynamic page generation
- Convert UI/UX design specifications from Figma or Framer into visually appealing, fully responsive live builds
- Employ on-page SEO best practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, and structured data (JSON-LD)
- Set up and oversee Google Search Console along with basic analytics tracking for each client site
- Ensure adherence to each clinic clients brand standards and design systems
- Manage project delivery timelines and proactively address any potential delays
- Rapidly iterate on live sites based on client input and performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team through async-first workflows
- Conduct thorough quality checks for responsiveness, page speed, and conversion best practices prior to launch
Description
We are Clinic Marketing, seeking a Framer Developer to lead the front-end development of websites for our clients in the health and wellness sector. You will craft conversion-oriented sites using our custom templates and CMS, collaborating directly with our founder to deliver quickly and refine based on authentic client feedback. This is a remote-first position with a Vancouver incentive for occasional in-person cooperation. Initially offered as a contract with an hourly rate of $30 to $40 CAD, there is a clear path to part-time (20 hours per week at approximately $3,500 CAD per month) and potentially transitioning to full-time for high-performing individuals. We are looking for enthusiastic builders who prioritize timely delivery.
