Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in software engineering with leadership roles
- At least 3 years of professional expertise in Go (Golang) for backend services or systems programming
- Strong knowledge in AI/ML, including aspects of data modeling, training, and deployment
- Profound understanding of EVM-compatible blockchain development (Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)
- Familiarity with other backend programming languages (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience with cloud service platforms (AWS, GCP, or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capability to steer technical strategy
- Must be open to relocation and working on-site at our headquarters
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-enhanced and blockchain-driven solutions
- Oversee full-cycle development from smart contracts to backend infrastructure and data pipelines
- Provide mentorship to engineers and set high standards for code quality and security
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to create impactful software solutions
- Engage in research and keep up with advancements in AI, blockchain, and decentralized technologies
