Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in technology required. - 3-5 years of experience in performing Cybersecurity RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) and RMF continuous monitoring needed. - Experience with enterprise Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) ERP system cybersecurity is essential. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to advance the mission is expected. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. - Self-starter with a proactive approach to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time. - In-depth knowledge of NIST, DoD, and Navy Cybersecurity policies, guidance and standards, including but not limited to DoDI, FIPS-199, FIPS-200, and NIST SP 800 series. - Certification to meet IAT Level 1 Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) requirements, such as ISC2s CISSP or Security+ certifications, or equivalent. - Active SECRET security clearance with a favorably adjudicated T5 (SSBI) background check required.

Responsibilities

- Conduct the complete DoD RMF Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process, which includes system categorization, security control baseline selection and tailoring, and security control implementation and assessment. - Evaluate the effectiveness of cybersecurity controls in accordance with NIST SP 800-53A and accurately document identified weaknesses. - Perform compliant risk assessments as per NIST SP 800-30. - Utilize automated RMF Assessment and Authorization tools, such as eMASS, to execute and document DoD compliant RMF A&A tasks. - Support System Level Continuous Monitoring activities, ensuring compliance and identifying risks through processes such as auditing, controls monitoring, and transaction reviews. - Maintain continuous monitoring of Navy ERP systems according to DoD Instruction and DoN CIO Guidance. - Assist in creating cybersecurity-related documentation and other artifacts required for the DoD/Navy acquisition pathway. - Execute necessary processes and develop artifacts for obtaining DoD and Navy IATTs, ATOs, and Use Case approvals. - Manage vulnerability assessments based on DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) requirements, including identification, tracking, and remediation of vulnerabilities. - Review and coordinate Asset Management activities related to hardware and software. - Examine Interconnection Agreements, including Memoranda of Understanding and Service Level Agreements. - Collaborate with Cyber teams to resolve outstanding issues effectively.
