Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Skilled in Microsoft Windows Workstation/Servers and Microsoft Office 365
- Certificate or degree in Computer Information Systems or two years of equivalent experience
- Understanding or experience in the dental sector is advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding support to our customers with enthusiasm and care
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
- Conduct general troubleshooting to pinpoint the root cause of problems and provide solutions
- Escalate cases to the appropriate Customer Support team members when needed
- Record all actions taken in the appropriate systems with adequate detail
- Manage multiple customer service queues
- Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of all ClearDent products
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the Customer Support Lead
