Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of IT support experience in Windows environments
- More than 10 years of experience in supporting both Windows and Mac workstations and laptops
- Availability to work onsite in San Francisco for 4 days each week
- At least 5 years of experience assisting executive-level personnel
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and certifications
- Background in the financial industry with previous experience aiding trading floor employees
- Willingness to provide on-call support as necessary
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day IT assistance to executive staff and trading floor personnel
- Troubleshoot technical issues across various devices
- Ensure smooth operation of software applications used in the organization
- Maintain and support necessary technology setups for executive meetings
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance overall support processes
Description
