IT Service Delivery Resource Manager

- Manage the allocation and deployment of over 150 remote field professionals across various simultaneous service projects - Balance competing priorities while ensuring high practice utilization and quality of delivery - Align skill sets, certifications, and experience with project requirements - Quickly adapt assignments in response to changing client needs - Proactively identify capacity gaps, skill shortages, and allocation risks - Construct and maintain rolling resource forecasts for the next 30, 60, and 90+ days - Develop scalable workforce planning models to facilitate growth - Deliver executive-level reports on utilization, bench, and staffing trends - Support headcount planning based on anticipated sales pipeline and infrastructure demands - Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Leadership during pre-sales to confirm delivery feasibility and staffing strategies - Coordinate closely with PMO and Program leaders to anticipate staffing requirements for complex infrastructure programs - Work with Talent Acquisition to prioritize hiring and ramp-up schedules - Assist in onboarding and integration planning for new team members - Implement and continuously enhance resource management processes and tools - Develop standardized dashboards for real-time visibility into resource allocation and capacity - Maintain a comprehensive skills inventory across project managers, architects, and consultants - Establish contingency plans to manage demand volatility - Support leadership in managing a large distributed remote workforce - Resolve conflicts relating to resource allocation and priority escalations - Sustain strong communication channels between field teams and corporate leadership - Foster accountability and transparency in staffing decisions
