Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Zero Trust technologies such as Cloudflare, Perimeter 81, Zscaler, or Tailscale.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, routing, and TLS inspection.
- Practical experience with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint security solutions.
- Familiarity with SIEM/logging platforms and the ability to analyze events.
- Capacity to develop dashboards and analyze performance or operational data.
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage our Zero Trust Network infrastructure.
- Establish and uphold application and website access protocols.
- Track session activities and performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise device compliance, MDM policies, and endpoint protection measures.
- Manage identity and access systems including Azure AD, Entra ID, and Okta.
- Handle log management, dashboards, and insights derived from AI-driven operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulations such as FCRA, GLBA, HIPAA, along with internal security policies.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures, maintaining documentation, and supporting remote workforce technology requirements.
Description
We are looking for a talented Zero Trust Network & Workforce Performance Systems Administrator to join our team. In this critical role, you will help us maintain a secure remote-access environment for around 200 team members. We are dedicated to ensuring compliance and operational excellence. This position requires a full-time commitment, and while it is primarily in-person, it plays a vital part in our mission to deliver high-performance results across our remote workforce.
