Requirements
Must:
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficient in PC hardware and software setup
- Experienced in providing end-user support in person and over the phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Preferred experience with user administration and computer systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledgeable in Windows 10 and 11
- Experience with Office 365 and device management
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot devices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Quick learner with a keen attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Provide level one technical support via telephone and remote control
- Process and manage DCF User Administration forms
- Verify completeness of submitted forms for agency personnel
- Make necessary adjustments to system administration as needed
- Ensure proper retention of documentation and compliance with protocols
- Assist end users in completing forms accurately
- Maintain a focus on exceptional customer service
- Escalate issues to appropriate personnel when required
- Collaborate with agency supervisors and liaise with other state agencies for processing needs
