Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A post-secondary degree or certificate in Computer Science or a related field is considered advantageous.
- Current knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, SQL Server, and MS Office 365 is required.
- Experience with Windows 10 and later, along with advanced expertise in Word and Excel, is essential.
- Database administration experience is required, along with basic programming skills in VB, MS Visual C#, and Joomla.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to support and maintain our corporate ERP system (Macola), as well as MS Office 365 (via Admin Center) and other corporate applications.
- Managing Windows Server administration will be a significant part of your role, including user/group management, security permissions, and print services.
- You will troubleshoot desktop and laptop operating system issues, as well as software configurations and upgrades.
- The maintenance and updates of our company website will be part of your tasks.
- You will be involved in programming using MS TSQL queries, MS Access, VBA, and C#, primarily for maintaining and enhancing existing systems.
- Under the guidance of the IT Manager, you’ll participate in the continued development of Knowledge Management and overall optimization of process flows.
- You will perform operational routines, including data entry and logistics management.
- Assisting 4-5 staff members with their IT needs through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving will also be required.
