Requirements
Must:
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Basic understanding of computer systems (Windows, printers, email, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs as necessary
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
- Prior IT experience or certifications are advantageous, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Provide fundamental IT assistance (password resets, printers, PCs, user issues)
- Offer support to employees in-person, on the phone, and via email
- Configure new users, workstations, and technology
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems
- Refer more complex issues to higher-level support when appropriate
