Requirements
Must:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling
- Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
- Licensed in Pennsylvania with the ability to oversee ABA services
- Capable of passing PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
- Experience in leadership or supervision is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client assessments and behavioral observations
- Identify target behaviors and establish measurable treatment objectives
- Develop and enact Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
- Collaborate effectively with clients (ages 2–21), families, and various service providers
- Review and revise preference assessments and reinforcement methods as needed
- Execute rehabilitative strategies and activities as directed by licensed psychologists or psychiatrists
- Deliver direct care services in accordance with ABA best practices
- Provide guidance and oversight as deemed appropriate
- Ensure that all documentation and services adhere to regulatory and licensing standards
- Maintain necessary Pennsylvania Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
