Requirements
Must:
- Ability to successfully pass Pennsylvania Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI clearances
- Valid licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or another professional capable of supervising ABA services, with BCBA certification
- Leadership and supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Pennsylvania License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner
Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and monitor to identify target behaviors
- Collaborate with clients aged 2-21, their families, and other service providers to create Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
- Focus on recognizing and emphasizing child, family, educational, social, and leisure strengths while identifying areas for development
- Implement and review strategy assessments and interventions as per the guidelines from a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist in accordance with the ITP
