Requirements
Must:
- Active Reliability Status security clearance from the Personnel Security Screening Division of the Industrial Security Sector (ISS).
- Proficiency in both written and verbal French is a significant advantage.
- Experience with workflow engines or Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure.
- Experience with enterprise ticketing systems, specifically ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Incident & Problem Management: I will provide Tier 2/3 technical support, swiftly diagnosing and resolving intricate application issues in line with strict IT Service Management (ITSM) standards.
- Workflow Application Support: I serve as the subject matter expert for our financial workflow applications, ensuring their high availability, performance, and integrity.
- Change & Release Management: I will execute and document application deployments, changes, and testing using established ITIL processes to mitigate risk.
- Automation & Data: I will develop and maintain automation scripts and conduct complex database queries/updates to support application maintenance and ensure data integrity.
- Documentation: I will create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stakeholder Communication: I will effectively communicate technical issues, solutions, and project statuses to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
