Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential

- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is advantageous
- Experience in building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is beneficial

- 1-2 years of prior technical support experience is desirable
- Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus
- Must possess a valid drivers license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Home office accommodations are necessary; all required equipment will be supplied by the company
Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to end users through remote engagement and on-site visits
- Assist with Microsoft technologies including Windows and Office 365
- Set up and deploy new laptop and desktop machines
- Record incidents and adhere to resolution protocols
- Consistently provide outstanding customer service
