Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication and customer service skills are essential
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in problem-solving and quick learning
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 is beneficial
- Experience in building desktops and troubleshooting hardware issues is advantageous

Responsibilities
- Deliver IT support to users through remote sessions and in-person visits
- Assist with Microsoft technologies, specifically Windows and Office 365
- Set up and implement new laptops and desktop systems
- Document incidents and adhere to resolution protocols
- Maintain exceptional customer service at all times
