Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in designing, operating, and enhancing automation and robotics systems
- Proficiency in multi-brand PLCs, SCADA systems, robots, and industrial networks
- Strong analytical, technical leadership, and troubleshooting abilities
- English language proficiency (80%)
- Willingness to travel
- No shift rotation expected
Responsibilities
- Design, program, and implement PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial robot systems for new and existing equipment
- Develop control logic and oversee commissioning of automation and robotic cells
- Configure and maintain industrial networks ensuring high availability and redundancy
- Implement cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems
- Manage digital assets and documentation, ensuring accurate traceability of process data
- Provide advanced technical support to maintenance and operations teams
- Create condition-based maintenance routines for robots and automated systems
- Implement advanced control strategies and design user-friendly HMI/SCADA interfaces
- Propose and assess innovative technologies to improve automation
- Collaborate with process engineering to ensure control systems meet operational requirements
- Conduct training sessions for technicians and operators on automated systems
