- Develop and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for decision intelligence products, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements - Advocate for decision intelligence across the organization, enhancing awareness and enthusiasm through demonstrations, workshops, and compelling narratives - Lead initiatives to digitize essential business decision frameworks for consistent, scalable, and transparent decision-making - Collaborate with business leaders and regional IT partners to identify challenges and opportunities, translating business needs into actionable product features and specifications - Represent customer perspectives throughout the product lifecycle, including ideation, launch, and refinement, while prioritizing features based on impact and user feedback - Design intuitive user interfaces that support complex decision-making processes, while facilitating user adoption through training and documentation - Liaise with data engineering teams to establish an integrated data infrastructure that unites sources, business logic, and analytical models - Work closely with data science teams to embed predictive models and optimization techniques into decision workflows, promoting data visualization and scenario modeling tools - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for decision intelligence products, documenting decisions and outcomes for ongoing improvement and monitoring performance and business impact
