Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with networking concepts including LAN configurations, VPN implementations, firewalls, and network security measures.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, encompassing server administration and configuration of network devices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a high-paced environment while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to business clients and professionals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Support the network infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Document incidents and solutions thoroughly.
- Work in conjunction with IT team members on larger projects and installations.
- Ensure prompt escalation of intricate issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors as required.
