Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a comparable role
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Industry-specific data and analytics experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from diverse internal and external sources to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that aid business decision-making
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to establish metrics, KPIs, and data requirements
- Monitor business performance and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance processes and results
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to respond to strategic business inquiries
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout all reporting systems
- Stay informed about BI tools, analytics trends, and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities
