Must:
- Over 12 years of experience in Data Analytics, Adobe DTM, and Adobe Launch
- Proven track record working with key stakeholders to align business goals with measurement planning and tagging strategies for Adobe Analytics
- Strong hands-on technical expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe DTM, with at least 6 years of progressive analytics development
- Actively managing Adobe Launch or recently migrated from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch within the last 6 months
- Experienced in creating and updating technical documentation for websites, mobile applications, and campaigns utilizing Adobe Analytics
- Proficient with data layers and tag management systems, including Adobe DTM and Adobe Launch
- Skilled in implementing data elements and rules within DTM/Launch
- Background in developing web measurement strategies and leading Adobe Analytics tagging implementations
- Experience in JavaScript data layer development
- Familiar with CSS and JSON
- Practical experience in Analytics Testing and Quality Assurance
- Conducted data quality assessments, audited QA tags, identified collection issues, suggested enhancements, and automated testing procedures
- Proficient in web debugging tools for testing tagging implementations
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Technical certification is a plus
- Certification in Adobe DTM
- Preferred certification in Adobe Launch
- Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Commitment to professional ethics
- Capable of managing offshore teams along with project deliverables
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business objectives and establish measurement plans and tagging strategies
- Manage the transition from Adobe DTM to Adobe Launch and oversee current Adobe Launch operations
- Create and maintain technical specifications for various digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, and campaigns
- Implement and manage data layers and tag management tools effectively
- Develop web measurement strategies and oversee the execution of tagging implementations in Adobe Analytics
- Conduct Analytics Testing and ensure Quality Assurance processes are adhered to
- Perform data audits, troubleshoot tagging issues, propose improvements, and implement automated testing solutions
- Utilize web debugging tools to verify and validate tagging implementations
- Analyze data to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies for informed decision-making
- Cultivate strong relationships within teams and with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
- Oversee the coordination with offshore teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
