Requirements
Must:
- 2–4+ years of experience in a technical SaaS support role
- Proficient in Zendesk Help Center administration including triggers, macros, and FAQ setup
- Skilled in creating user manuals and articles in clear, accessible language
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support clients during stressful times
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ticket queues and incoming support calls, troubleshooting complex workflows independently
- Configure and enhance Zendesk Help to align with team needs and improve user experience
- Create, implement, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with a comprehensive user manual
- Translate technical feedback from the development team into friendly and understandable responses for non-technical clients
