Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in managing software solutions or a related area.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in computer technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Valid drivers license.
- Administrator Level Certification.
- Preferred certifications: VMware Certified Professional in Data Center Virtualization and Microsoft Server.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and application software.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, tracking key performance trends.
- Troubleshoot moderate issues and coordinate with external vendors for resolution.
- Manage enterprise VMware virtualization servers, including vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and Kubernetes.
- Oversee the Public Virtual environment using HiveIO Fabric clustering and Igel Universal Management Suite.
- Conduct server backups and restorations for business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Respond to and resolve server hardware-related issues.
- Manage server patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and One Drive.
- Administer the Active Directory environment and associated services like DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
- Collaborate with other infrastructure and operations teams to provide ITIL level 3 support for service management.
- Ensure compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) regulations.
Description
