IT Project Manager with Agile and Scrum expertise

- Oversee all phases of IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic objectives. - Plan, coordinate, and guide teams throughout the phases of IT projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope and timelines. - Collect and analyze requirements using established project management methodologies. - Manage necessary documentation, including functional requirements, reports, flowcharts, and other materials to track milestone progress. - Handle project scheduling, budgeting, quality, resources, change requests, risks, and issues by creating relevant project management artifacts. - Facilitate communication among sponsors and stakeholders, providing project updates and necessary information. - Develop and organize training and testing efforts for project team members and end-users. - Assist in preparing and evaluating bid invitations, requests for proposals, and vendor cost estimates for IT services and solutions. - Organize and lead meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and IT resources, maintaining progress and problem resolution reports. - May take on additional tasks of similar nature and level as required.
