Requirements

Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree - A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services or a related field - 3 years of experience in a role that involves complex problem solving - Investment product knowledge is preferred - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all organizational levels in a collaborative manner to achieve goals without direct control over resources - Proficient end-to-end problem-solving capabilities, including defining and deconstructing issues, prioritizing analysis, and structuring both quantitative and qualitative analyses - Proven ability to foster change, cultivate relationships, communicate effectively, work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills - Ability to adeptly analyze problems and communicate confidently and effectively, both orally and in writing - Strong aptitude for collaboration within cross-functional teams - Quick learning ability with outstanding analytical skills and a structured thought process, as well as exceptional attention to detail - Capability to perform well under stress, even when faced with tight deadlines for ambitious goals - Excellent relationship and stakeholder management capabilities - Comfort in dealing with uncertainty and the ability to simplify complex concepts

Responsibilities

- I will build and maintain effective relationships and collaborations both internally and across all business lines and staff areas to help achieve results while ensuring that relevant issues are identified, analyzed, and addressed appropriately. - I will comprehend interdependencies across various lines of business and support teams in successfully addressing regulatory, internal audit, and self-identified issues. - I will analyze, assess, and periodically review current risk management practices related to RNDIP activities within the organization, including those at network affiliates. - I will work closely with colleagues in Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit to enhance the control environment and improve risk management practices. - I will monitor network affiliates' activities to ensure compliance with CNB’s networking agreements and RNDIP policies and procedures. - I will analyze RNDIP data (such as Network Affiliate Continuous Monitoring Questionnaires, RNDIP sales activity dashboards, and monthly reconciliation of RNDIP referral activity to system records) and provide insights into the practical implications for the affected business line or Network Affiliate. - I will assist in the development of reports related to RNDIP activities for relevant governance committees. - I will track the completion of necessary training for RNDIP programs across the various lines of business. - I will support the execution of activities outlined in the RNDIP Program Procedure, including the annual summary of the RNDIP risk assessment. - I will provide support during audit and examination processes.
