Responsibilities
In the role of Data & AI Product Strategy Leader, you will be central to executing our transformation strategy by managing and orchestrating the data components that drive it. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing governance structures that promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment between data product initiatives and enterprise goals. You will also act as a liaison between product teams, program leadership, and business stakeholders to facilitate integrated planning and execution.
When needed, you will step into product management roles to ensure customer-centric delivery, advocating for a product mindset that focuses on solving customer challenges. You will identify and manage risks and inefficiencies across delivery teams, facilitating structured problem-solving processes to maintain momentum. Effective communication will be key, as you will translate complex technical and strategic concepts into actionable insights, foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and mediate conflicts to promote shared outcomes.
Furthermore, you will support financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for data product initiatives, helping to shape resource strategies and investment decisions through data-driven insights.
Description
We require a Bachelorโs degree for this role; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management, strategy, or analytics are preferred. This position entails a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with a hybrid model that includes four days on-site at a Citizens corporate office and one day working remotely. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $220,000 annually, along with an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Compensation will be determined by various factors, including work location and relevant experience.
