Requirements

Must:
- I have demonstrable experience in technical support or IT support roles. - I possess strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications. - I am familiar with networking concepts (LAN, VPN) and security measures (Firewall). - I have excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer service. - I communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. - Experience with help desk software (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow) is advantageous. - I am capable of working independently and as part of a team. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are preferred.

Responsibilities

- I provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the company. - I troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems for end-users. - I assist in managing IT infrastructure, including networks and servers. - I maintain documentation of technical processes and user guides. - I collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance. - I ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to support requests. - I monitor and uphold security protocols for systems and networks. - I participate in training sessions for staff on new technologies.

We are currently searching for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the US. This position is vital in ensuring our internal systems operate efficiently and effectively, supporting Citadel's goal of providing exceptional risk placement experiences through outstanding service and creativity.
