Requirements
Must:
- Over 6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on high-traffic production applications.
- Proficient in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
- Practical experience in developing AI features in production environments, including RAG systems or AI agents.
- Strong experimental mindset with the ability to design and conduct A/B tests.
- Desire to work in a setting that values fast iteration and personal responsibility while promoting teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced atmosphere with some ambiguity, particularly regarding new technology adoption.
- Strong alignment with our organizational values.
- Fluent in English at CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end full-stack AI projects based on a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend.
- Create and execute experiments (like A/B tests and AI evaluations) to validate AI functionalities and assess their impact.
- Develop and integrate components for AI infrastructure, optimizing them for high performance and dependability.
- Enhance processes, tools, and systems to transform AI features into production-ready solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI research, techniques, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with Circles leadership and design teams throughout the feature design phase.
- Promote a proactive approach by focusing on speedy iteration and learning while upholding high standards in code quality and user experience.
