Requirements
Must:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of networking and system maintenance
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Experience with QuickBooks or other legal/accounting software is a plus
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take charge of IT tasks
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Maintain and assist with Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and various business applications
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve user issues with professionalism
- Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and perform fundamental cybersecurity tasks
- Help with equipment setup, upgrades, and technology enhancements
- Collaborate with management on improving systems and workflows
- Offer user training and clear IT guidance to staff as required

We offer competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on skills, certifications, and experience.
