Must:
- We prefer candidates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree focused on healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be capable of presenting complex data in an understandable format, such as charts and graphs. - We seek individuals who can adapt to and implement changes effectively. - Strong problem-solving abilities are essential. - You should be proficient in multitasking and comfortable working as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. - Excellent customer service skills are a must. - Highly effective written and spoken communication skills are essential for fostering relationships and promoting teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple priorities. - Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare, business, or information systems. - You should be able to resolve moderate incidents independently and develop new functionalities with minimal guidance. - A background in healthcare knowledge and systems expertise is essential. - You will be responsible for making decisions regarding your own tasks, primarily focusing on routine cases. - Working with minimal supervision, you will utilize independent judgment that requires analysis of various factors. - Collaboration with senior team members will be necessary to devise approaches and solutions. - You may mentor and train junior team members within your functional area or application. - Relevant certifications in your area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: Certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module is required within 6 months of employment, with ongoing training to maintain currency.

- Analyze, develop, document, educate, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and business processes to fulfill operational and technical needs. - Collaborate with other teams across projects, think creatively, and propose practical solutions to challenges while providing oversight and management for each task assigned. - Demonstrate a solid level of expertise in providing support to projects and teams, while actively seeking opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the assigned applications and systems. Regularly utilize application training and resources to guide newer team members. - Identify opportunities to improve customer usability, efficiency, and overall experience based on a comprehensive understanding of operations. Represent user needs during significant system upgrades and provide organized updates on key projects to stakeholders. - Conduct detailed process mapping, document current workflows and future needs, gather requirements, and deliver cross-team solutions through thorough analysis and gap identification. - Communicate complex design and configuration issues clearly to end users and project stakeholders while maintaining relationships with end-user leadership post-engagement; proactively address conflicts that may arise. - Actively participate in strategy discussions by evaluating options and facilitating timely decision-making, recognizing when a quick resolution suffices. - Follow organizational standards for system configuration and change control diligently. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in application design and configuration, able to teach these concepts to new team members. - Build strong relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners. - Work closely with operational leaders to establish best practice workflows and align processes across all areas to ensure efficiency. - Coordinate code changes with vendors regarding financial and business application issues and collaborate with the technical team to address infrastructure-related problems impacting applications. - Share industry best practices from vendors with operational leaders. - Continuously enhance your technical knowledge of the assigned applications and the relationship between infrastructure and user experience. - Serve as a liaison between business operations and internal technology teams, ensuring project objectives are met for issue resolution. - Adhere to strict change management processes, ensuring all system changes undergo appropriate approvals, testing, and validation. - Ensure written documentation for end users and leadership is consistent and thoroughly reviewed. Collaborate with team members, proactively communicating issues and concepts to project leadership. - Regularly assess your skills and work habits, managing your tasks effectively while maintaining positive relationships with peers. - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests autonomously. - Maintain a high standard of work quality for yourself and others, providing oversight and feedback on design, configuration, and deliverables from team members. - Manage medium-complexity projects and requests, collaborating with team members when necessary. - Complete training courses in a timely manner and contribute to departmental missions through your service. - Escalate issues when service level agreements are not being met or when vendor action is required. - Be prepared to travel as needed and work additional hours during critical issues. - Assist in preparing and conducting training sessions for users and coworkers as necessary. - Identify and seize new opportunities, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude, especially during challenging times. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
