Imaging Systems Analyst

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. An advanced degree in Information Systems or Business will be considered an advantage. Training in information systems is also preferred. - Certification/Licenses: If you will be supporting Epic, you must achieve Proficient or Certified status in one supported module within six months of your start date. - Skills: - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks and navigate conflicting demands using critical thinking and decision-making skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Proficient organizational and time management skills; adaptability to changing priorities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks successfully. - Outstanding customer service skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, as well as the assigned applications and technologies preferred. - Experience: At least four years of experience in an information technology discipline or healthcare operations, including any clinical department, medical records, patient access, or revenue cycle. A relevant Bachelor's degree may substitute for the four years of experience.
