Requirements

Must:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems. - Ability to present complex data in meaningful methods, such as charts and graphs. - Ability to adjust to and implement change. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Multitasking abilities. - Ability to work as a team member. - Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Excellent customer service skills. - Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships that foster optimal quality teamwork and education. - Strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities. - 3+ years of experience. - 2+ years within healthcare, business, or information systems. - Ability to solve moderate incidents without direction. - Ability to develop new functionality for requests with little direction. - Experience working in a team setting, sharing information and assisting junior-level team members. - Possesses detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise. - Ability to make decisions regarding own work on primarily routine cases. - Works under minimal supervision and uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors. - Collaborates with senior team members to develop approaches and solutions. - Mentors and may train team members within own functional or application. - Associated certifications in the area of focus are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: - Certified or proficient in assigned Epic module (must obtain within 6 months of employment date). - Certifications or proficiencies must be kept current by maintaining new version training.

- I will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical needs. - I collaborate across project borders with other teams, thinking outside the box to propose practical solutions to issues. I provide oversight and project management for assigned tasks. - I demonstrate a solid level of subject matter expertise in providing support to projects, customers, and other teams, proactively working to improve and obtain new expertise in assigned application/system areas. - I actively identify opportunities to enhance customer usability, efficiency, and experience, representing user needs and expectations in complex system updates and enhancements. - I accurately document the status of key projects for external communications to stakeholders and perform requirement analysis, including process mapping and gap analysis. - I clearly articulate complex design and configuration issues to end-users and project stakeholders while maintaining relationships with end-user leadership post-engagement. - I contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options with pros and cons, facilitating timely decision-making, and recognizing when a quick resolution will suffice. - I adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control while demonstrating strong technical proficiency in application-specific design and configuration. - I collaborate and develop strong relationships with end-users, customers, and business partners while focusing on standardized best practice workflow processes. - I coordinate code changes with vendors and collaborate with the Technical Team to identify infrastructure-related issues. - I share industry best practices from vendors with Operational Leaders and serve as a liaison between business operations, internal IT, system users, and vendors. - I follow strict change management processes, ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes, and deliver consistent and attentive documentation to end-users and leadership. - I proactively troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests without direction, maintaining high standards for quality of work. - I manage medium complexity projects/requests, collaborating with team members, and evaluating new releases and functionalities of applications. - I will complete assigned educational courses in a timely manner and ensure that services provided contribute to the department’s primary mission. - I escalate when SLAs are breached and may be required to travel or work long hours during critical problems.
