Requirements

Must:
- I prefer candidates to have an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems. - I seek individuals who can present complex data in a meaningful way, such as through charts and graphs. - The ability to adjust to and implement change is crucial. - Problem-solving and multitasking skills are essential. - I value teamwork and collaboration. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is expected. - Excellent customer service skills are a must. - Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are needed to foster effective teamwork and education. - I look for strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities. - A minimum of 5+ years of experience within healthcare, business, or information systems is required. - Candidates should be able to work with minimal instruction on day-to-day tasks and general direction on more complex projects. - You should demonstrate the ability to develop new functionality for requests with little to no direction and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout projects. - You will regularly serve as a mentor or knowledge resource to peers across the community. - Experience working in a team setting to share information and assist junior-level team members is important. - Possessing detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise is highly valued. - Excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. - You should have associated certifications in your area of focus, which are preferred. - For Epic Analysts: Certification or proficiency in an assigned Epic module must be obtained within 6 months of employment, and certifications must remain current by maintaining new version training.

- I will analyze, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, and maintain or optimize assigned applications, solutions, and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. - I independently provide guidance and leadership on quality assurance and testing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to lead teams through complex integrated testing processes and manage testing projects as necessary. - I will apply an advanced level of application understanding to help meet customer goals and outcomes, tackling new problems through experimentation and creative problem-solving. - I apply an advanced understanding of assigned clinical/business operations, processes, and workflows and maintain collaborative relationships with project team members and stakeholders. - I will lead and evaluate process and requirements analysis, completing gap analysis and providing cross-application recommendations on complex projects/requests. - I will develop strong and positive relationships with client management at all levels. - I proactively contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options, pros and cons with team members, stakeholders, and leaders. - I adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change control. - I will understand complex requirements of end users and project goals, proposing technical solutions for design and configuration needs. - I collaborate and build strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partners. - I will coordinate code changes with appropriate vendors related to financial and business application issues and collaborate with the Technical Team to identify any infrastructure-related issues. - I share industry best practices from vendors with Operational Leaders and serve as a liaison between business operations and providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors. - I follow strict change management processes ensuring proper approval, testing, and validation of system changes. - I will review and provide feedback on documentation written by others, ensuring clarity based on the audience. - I continuously review, adjust, and grow my skills and work ethic to ensure positive peer interactions and a collaborative team atmosphere. - I proactively troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and requests without direction. - My design, configuration, and deliverables will reflect my ability to address complex end user needs with high quality. - I will independently manage medium to large-scale and complex projects/requests while collaborating with team members as needed. - I will complete assigned courses within Healthstream or other electronic tracking tools for educational materials or attend presentations as assigned. - I ensure that the services I provide contribute to the success of the department’s primary mission. - I will lead and coordinate high-impact vendor changes across applications. - Travel may be required to perform duties, and I may need to work additional hours during critical problems. - I will assist in preparing and conducting formal or informal training sessions for users and co-workers. - I expect to be exceptional at identifying and seizing opportunities and proactively planning projects and tasks within the application. - Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
